Terms of use

Last updated October 17, 2026

By using lifecounters.com you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple: a free counter you use in your browser.

Informational use only

The counter is a free tool to help you keep track of life totals and counters during a game. It is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not an official rules source, and the players at the table stay responsible for their own game. For tournament play, follow the official rules and the judges at your event.

Accuracy

We work to keep the counter correct, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or that it will always be available. Check anything that matters against the official rules for your format.

Fan content and trademarks

lifecounters.com is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy. Not approved/endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. ©Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Yu-Gi-Oh is a trademark of Konami. This site is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by Konami. The name is used only to describe what the Yu-Gi-Oh mode is for, and the site uses no Konami artwork or logos.

The site's own design, text and code belong to Life Counters.

Advertising and links

There are no ads or affiliate links on the site today. If we add them, we will say so on the page where they appear and in the privacy policy. Links to other websites are there for your information; we are not responsible for their content.

Fair use of the site

Please do not try to break, overload or copy the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Life Counters is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or from relying on it, including a lost game state or a disputed life total.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
